Hi. Does Birmingham have a “group” of cyclists who are 50+? I have just purchased a bike and am interested in getting into cycling but don’t know where to begin. Thanks for your information!
Lisa
The 6PM, Tuesday nite ride from Cantina and lead by Stan Palla is a beginner ride. We have taken a hiatus while Stan was traveling last week but looking forward to getting together this week. We are a downtown night ride so you will need front and rear lights as well as your helmet. (Kmart sells light kits for under $20). I ride from the Crestwood neighborhood to Cantina and you are welcome to join me for a quick tutorial before the ride. Call me 213-1969. Tracy Hale, League Certifed Instructor #3114
