This is a great ride for those new to cycling, for adjusting to new clips, and learning about the group ride dynamic. Low traffic, gentle terrain with one hill, easy pace. It's also a great ride to use to recover from the weekend's big rides and just socialize with other cyclists and learn more about the Tour de Cure-the cycling event to STOP diabetes happening on May 22nd at the Birmingham Race Course.
There is a $2 (cash) fee to enter the park. Season passes are available at the Park Office. Plenty of facilities available for changing clothes after work.
