Novice Ride - Watermelon Ride
For More information, contact Barbara at Cahaba Cycles in Pelham 987-4043.

Join Barbara and Kal Malki of Cahaba Cycles, at Oak Mountain for a pleasant, social, recovery ride oriented towards novice riders. All riders are welcome. This is a great ride for those new to cycling, for adjusting to new clips, and learning about the group ride dynamic. Low traffic, gentle terrain with one hill, easy pace. Its also a great ride to use to recover from the weekend's big rides and just socialize with other cyclists.

Ride leader will be available to offer assistance, and will ride with the back of the group. Faster riders can go at their own pace, there's something for everyone. Mileage/route will vary according to the needs and ability of the group.

There is a $2 (cash) fee to enter the park. Season passes are available at the Park Office. Plenty of facilities available for changing clothes after work.
